20,000sqm Factory with Over 500 Skilled Workers
We have SMT and integrated production lines including assembly, QC, aging, and other test as well as packing. Our factory covers 20,000sqm with over 500 skillful workers who enable us to conduct strict quality inspections for all kinds of production processes such as incoming materials, production, and packaging to make sure the goods are qualified. Our R&D team is composed of charger designers, 2D/3D/ProE computer modeling engineers, graphic designers, and product certificate engineers, and our tooling factory can design and finish massive production in 25 days. We are now focusing on new product development, and we have many design and utility patents.

Monthly Capacity of 200,000 HDD Enclosures
We release new molds and advanced function products to help our customers maintain and increase their market share and also provide software and firmware upgrades plus new product development services based on unique requirements. For customer assurance, we have 40 QC specialists (30 IQC and 10 QC staff) to inspect and test our raw materials, and our team can turn out up to 200, 000 HDD enclosures each month. Our delivery time is 15 working days for an order of 5, 000 units, and we conduct spot checks in a specialized lab and choose samples for EMC testing.
